Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. You represent that you are not prohibited from using software of this nature under the laws of your country of residence.

SignalExecutor is a desktop automation tool that reads Telegram signal channels selected by you, uses AI to parse trading signals, and executes trades on connected broker and exchange accounts (MT4/MT5, Binance, Bybit) based on parameters you configure. The Service is a trade execution assistant — it does not provide investment advice, financial recommendations, or any form of managed trading.

SignalExecutor is not a financial adviser, broker, or regulated investment service. The Service does not recommend which channels to follow, which trades to take, or what position sizes to use. All trading decisions remain yours. We do not guarantee any trading results, profits, or performance. Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not appropriate for all investors.

The signal channels you connect are third-party providers unaffiliated with SignalExecutor. We make no representation as to the accuracy, reliability, or profitability of any signal source.

Access to the Service is provided through a paid subscription. Subscription tiers and pricing are described on our website at signalexecutor.com/pricing. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with 30 days notice.

A 7-day free trial is available exclusively on the Starter plan. A valid payment method is required to begin the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid monthly subscription.

Annual billing plans are available at a discount. Annual subscriptions are paid upfront and are non-refundable except as described in the Refund Policy.

You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; reverse-engineer or decompile the Service; sublicense or resell access to the Service; use automated scripts to interfere with the Service; provide false information during registration; or use the Service in jurisdictions where automated trading is prohibited.

To execute trades, you must provide API keys for your connected brokers and exchanges. These keys are stored locally on your machine. SignalExecutor does not store, transmit, or have access to your API keys, Telegram session data, or broker credentials. You are solely responsible for the security of your device and credentials. We strongly recommend using API keys with trade-only permissions and disabling withdrawal access on all connected exchange accounts.

For each new Telegram channel you connect, the Service requires manual approval of the first three parsed signals before enabling autonomous execution. By approving a signal during this calibration phase, you confirm that the parsed output is accurate and consent to autonomous execution of future signals from that channel based on your configured risk parameters. You may disable autonomous execution for any channel at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SignalExecutor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for: any trading losses, missed entries, or slippage; errors or delays in AI signal parsing; interruptions caused by third-party services; loss of data due to device failure; or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SignalExecutor, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from: your use of the Service; your violation of these Terms; your trading activity; or any third-party signal channel you connect.

We reserve the right to modify the Service or these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes. Continued use following notice constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation, then submitted to binding arbitration in Dubai, UAE.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Sections 3, 8, 9, and 11 survive termination.
